Camden investment question
Good Morning BP Family ,
I am looking to buy an investment property in the city of Camden. With the recent news about its current redevelopment, is Camden a good area ? As I do my research , I’m am consistently seeing mix reviews about investing in the city. On one hand, they say the city’s upswing is damaged my political corruption and on the other hand Gold mind. As I drive through the City I see redevelopment, However not to many jobs from people who actually live in the city . Can some point me in the right direction ?
