Looking to purchase a duplex in South Austin and would like to do my due diligence. I'm from California and don't have any local contacts. Referrals appreciated!

@Sebastian Flores I have a Rolodex of contacts in Austin including home inspectors I work with weekly. I myself purchased a duplex in south Austin back in July and have helped several clients purchase and sell duplexes this year.
