I'm looking for a local Rehabber in the NYC market to learn from. My girlfriend and I, recently acquired a four family building in Brooklyn and I have another deal with a foreclosure pending. I'm looking for assistance in handling both situations the best way possible. In exchange for teaching me the ropes, I have a tax business and we can prepare your taxes.
