Hello, my name is Caleb. I am a local wholesaler/agent in Michigan and currently have a non-preforming note in Vestaburg MI, I have never done a deal like this before, so I am going to the forums to seek advice. Anything and Everything will be taken into account thank you!

There are rules and laws for how you do things and it changes with every state. With that in mind, You probably need to try to contact the homeowner to see if you are going to work toward a modification or foreclosure. Either way, there are more rules on what you Can and can't do. Learn the laws for your state and get working on getting it performing again or foreclosed.
