Cabin near Rome Ga on leased land how do I sell the note?

I have a tiny cabin in a tiny cabin community. I own the cabin but not the land. The land is leased almost an acre. It’s fully furnished as an airbnb but I need to sell due to debilitating depression. It’s near Rome, Georgia. Can someone guide me to sell the note? Please help thank you so much

    do you own the cabin or are you the lender on the cabin and hold the note?

    If you are selling a note, we can provide some guidance but realize it will not be worth much because its on leased land. what is the length of the lease?
