Hello All - just curious to see if any one has any feedback on Mr. Casey Denman's course on his "Tax Sale Academy" website? Is it worthwhile? https://taxsaleacademy.com/

I am a current, experienced tax sale investor. I haven't bought any course from any guru, I taught myself.
Currently, I have more than one partner investing with me, who in the past (prior to working with me) spent over $10,000 with a tax sale guru, only to be asked to buy more "courses" or the assigned "expert" was clueless about the state my partner was interested in.
I tell people I can't mentor, teach you or be your "guru". I'm too busy doing. (But I will partner with you, no fees)
However, I just read the "Tax Sale Playbook" by @Casey Denman this past weekend. Its FREE except the $5 shipping.
In the future, when newbies ask where to start, I will confidently recommend Casey's book. I was really impressed with the content.
I cant speak about his courses, but his free book has a lot of knowledge and value for new investors!
I've been listening to his podcast on spotify which a lot of info does get repeated but it's good to refresh your brain. I've got a few auctions I'm going to this month. My very first ones so wish me luck!

It has been interesting to read everyone's thoughts on this thread. I am an aspiring tax lien/deed investor. I am reading/watching everything I can get my hands on in preparation to go to the next step, practice doing the needed research to find interesting properties in county lists, and then research their particulars.
Casey Denman stresses that internet marketing is the way to go to sell properties, as do other gurus. Sounds good to me. However, this is one area on which I have found no instructional videos.
I have looked everywhere for an email address for Tax Sale Academy, and simply cannot find one. I guess they don't want to hear from people except when they are sending a payment (don't criticize me for being unfair; I really could not find an address). I really wanted to write to inquire if they could offer instruction specifically on that one area. Since Casey has been reading this thread, perhaps he could answer, or someone else could do so. is there anything that any

I, too, would like to hear about people's experience with this company. Casey Denman has done tons of free videos which he posts on YouTube and podcasts, both of which are very much in his favor.
On the other hand, I have scoured his web site with a fine tooth comb and I cannot find an email address, a phone number or a physical address anywhere. The only access they provide is for us to send money. I don't know of any other individual or company that absolutely provides no way of reaching them (unless you are trying to send money). I don't know if I am being unfair, but I am very uncomfortable with that.
We teach the fundamentals of internet marketing and how to apply it to the Tax Sale business. This is one topic that is extremely comprehensive and people spend years learning about as it evolves. So while it’s covered and used by nearly all of our members, if you decide to go extremely deep then you would benefit from outside learning in addition to our training.
You can Google Tax Sale Academy Contact and a form will popup or you’re welcome to leave a comment/DM anywhere on social media - I’m the one that’s responding. I often spend hours each day answering questions across social media and nearly every one is from a non customer. We’re a small company and don’t have call centers, large staffs, hired coaches, etc.
On a side note, I’d suggest anyone thinking about joining The Academy to grab my book before making the investment. It’s less than $5 (I don’t make anything off it) to see if you like my teaching style and desire additional instruction. If you like me, enjoy the way I teach and want to learn more from me, then great. I’ve tried to provide as much free content as possible to help as many people as possible, but if additional training and interaction is required, I do have a paid platform as well. If my type of training isn’t necessary for you, then that’s great too! There are definitely plenty of ways to learn!
