Wow, 7,700+ bids for one tax lien certificate in AZ!

Just noticed as I was looking through the online tax lien auction going on for Yavapai county in Arizona.

There are certificates that have over 7,700 bids! The most I've ever seen in the last three years has been 700 bids.

The large banks and funds are back in force for some of the certificates in the auction.
