12yAllan, my advice is to just study wholesaling here on BP. If you feel you need a hands on mentor or coach then look for someone at your local meetings or REIAs that will agree to work with you. If they need to be compensated work out a split profits deal. You will need cash for your marketing needs, do not waste it on "coaching" from a website. You do not need a course you need solid working advice.

Allen, I saw the same add back in March. I went to the introduction class. After that I canceled my "Guru" hotel workshop with one of the radio advertised "educational" fix and flip companies. This real estate club is as legitimate as it gets. If you want to learn from real real estate investors and you can commit to coaching and accountability, then by all means learn how to find wholesaling deals in the club.

@Shonda Johnson I know it's been 2 years since you posted on this topic of NWAC, but I find myself in the exact position you were in. I paid $100 deposit toward doing their $600 3-day weekend training, but I have decided this is not for me. Several months have gone by since I made the deposit and I had kind of written it off as a donation. However, they keep emailing me about a new training event coming up and ask if I am still interested in attending. So, now I feel like telling them I am not interested and asking for return of my $100 deposit. I am curious, if you recall, did they give you back your $100 deposit when you asked for it?

Involving in real estate has been always excited me but I had ZERO experience- abosutely Poor Communication skill - and speak broken English to start with. However, I know this is what I want to do so I must give it a chance. My learning curve have been shorten by working with the people who are actually doing real estate. Learning from my mentors is always the KEY to SUCCESS.
May 20th ,2016 I was invited to this club for the introduction meeting and then, I decided to join in the club. I just knew this was EXACTLY where I need to be in oder to stretch myself and build my business.
After a year at NWAC, I have learn so much beyond real estate itself. My mentors and coaches have shown me what it takes to be an real estate investor with Integrity- honestly. They help me to build my solid rock foundation of my life before teaching me about real estate. My coach Frank Luna has given me so much courage. My mentor, Melina is one of the most Incredible Amazing woman I ever meet. Many times I wanted to quit because I did not see the result comes quick enought but they believe in me so much so that I start believe in myself. I am so glad that I decided to take that journey by join the club.
NWAC also teach real estate. They not only provide a life time CONTINUE - education and equip me as students with tools to run a business but also provide training one on one with SENIOR INVESTORS (our coaches) on the field. Senior investors are people who are ACTIVELY creating deal and they have been doing it for many years (they really earn that title.)This is extremely valuable assets because they pour their experiences and knowledge which take years to earn. Their real life experiences and Some of thousand dollars tips in which I can assure you could never get it from anywhere else.
I could never say enough the goods things about what our club do for us as students. Because of NWAC family, I am able to retired from my w-2 job and doing this full time. I am able to provide for my family while helping other family as they goes through difficult season in their lives.

I went to this 3 day event a few years ago and paid the $500 only to be told that it would be $1200 to be part of the club for a year and then education would be any where from $6k-$25k. We were sold on the idea that we could bird dog homes and get paid and then be able to upgrade on education packages as we go. So a friend of mine and myself decided to pay for the anual in installments. We both submitted several deals through the portal that we were trained to use. All the deals were declined only to find out that they made the deals in the back room and cut us out of the equation. At that point after that we both decided to cut our loses and have both gone on to find an easier way to fund our deals that we work so hard to put together. Currently there is a class action lawsuit that is going on with them and if you check out the prior company that they were part of Nouveau Riche Real Estate Investment College

Brenda, what proof do you have that they stole your deal? How did you find out? Thats a big time allegation.

@Brenda Comte - We have contacted you via telephone, FB messenger and now here. Your statement is false! It is defamation and is actionable. I'm tired of people posting anything they like with zero accountability. My wife and I founded New Wealth Advisors Club in 2011. We have been active investors since 2008. Our club is just that, a club. We teach and train people monthly from our office. We are very upfront about everything we do and record 100% of everything we train. Why do we record it? Because people hear what they want. They come online, listen to strangers to validate whatever they want to hear. We are not a scam. We do not defraud anyone. I have hired an attorney and anyone posting inaccurate information without first hand experience will be sued. Brenda you are going to be first on that list.
Put yourself in someone else's spot for once. You invest everything in your life into a legit business with 17 offices and 10,000 sq feet, that helps hundreds of people every year and one person can say one lie and people jump on the bandwagon. That is exactly what happened with the alleged class action lawsuit that was filed by an attorney in April 2014. We have been fighting for our reputation every since then. In the last almost 4 years, we have deposed every plaintiff (9 total) and they have all been caught in their lies. We did not attempt for one day, to settle with these people. It would have been way easier, but you only get one reputation and we plan to take them to trial and publicly put their lies online. We recorded every deposition and are waiting for them to be entered into evidence so we can show the world what it looks like to be sued and have to defend yourself even though you have the actual video recordings of the exact opposite of what they have said. We have over 1200 declarations signed in opposition to the 9 plaintiffs. Next month we are scheduled to have a ruling on the class allegation. You can check our the public website I created to expose their lies. No hiding. No denying. No paying anyone off. Just exposing the truth.

Please explain a spin off? We have nothing to do with NR. My wife and I bought course at NR back in 2007. Your allegation is defamation as it is meant to make us look like NR went bankrupt and we just restarted up as a spin off. Do your reearch. The spin off is called Renatus. Founded by Bob Snyder, Jim Piccolo's partner in NR.

I also ran across an ad in Craig's List a few days ago, and have since spoken to Frank, a senior investor partner with the club. I found the conversation with him to be sincere. There was no pressure to join, and I have been invited to attend one of their meetings first, to decide if it is something I want to do. I always ask these monetary questions to begin with before I ever join, as I have also been swindled in the past. Individuals who are interested in becoming part of a club or organization, should always ask what the fees are for the various stages and events, and how refunds are done. I'm definitely thinking of giving them a try. I will also say, that it takes money to make money, as everyone knows. Nothing is free. If you have really good talent, or are really good at doing things yourself, you may not need a club or mentor to help you out - that's great! But, for some of us, we need the mentorship, and this club not only sounds like a mentorship club, but also a family, willing to help each other out, at each stage and step. If I know that I have a really good possibility of making a lot of money after a year or two, then I will find a way to do my part with coming up the needed funds to make that happen. It's like putting money down on a flip, in hopes of flipping it for a profit. I may take my chances with this club, after I attend the meeting, and if I do, I will post back here. I love to give everyone a chance, and I think they at least deserve that!

It is an odd way to defend your program. I just ran across the ad in CL San Diego. I was curious googled your name and came across this.
I do not disagree with defending your reputation or name but the manner in which you did so I think has a bit to be desired. I think litigation is something needed as a vehicle at times but not to be flaunted on a bulletin board in my view.
It has been awhile since I have been on bigger pockets so your ad at least prompted my coming back here. I do thank you for that. I forgot what a valuable resource it is.

@Dave Boswell for what its worth I have worked with many paid trainers over the years.. I was one of the first funders to fund Armando's students in the mid west and Virtucci's clients/students. starting back in 03....
at the end of the day the money is so big in teaching you should just ignore all this stuff.. I know those guys do.
if you have a good product your proud of just go with it...
Now Nudge has some issues ( buy PD) that are coming up but that has to do more with how they manipulated RE transactions for their students than training.
BP is not a warm market for paid trainers... actually the opposite from my experience on here.

Hello everyone,
So where does a person go to learn & do the “leg work” to learn how to wholesale, flip, & have access to CASH buyers.
I’ve been to this & the Flip or Flop scam seminars with Tarek & his wife... 2k dollars later they bait you into spending $25k-$40k for their access to cash buyers...
Can anyone here point me/us in the right direction?

The only connection I found is that the founding member of New Wealth was at one time a student at Nouveau Riche. I've read both negative and positive reviews. The founder Dave Boswell says that anyone can google information. What the club offers is support and dedicated investors that pay it forward with a chance mentor new students and obviously share in their success monetarily. I've gone to a few weekend RA RA real estate seminars in hotels and larger venues. New Wealth Advisors Club has a brick and mortar building with full time investors closing deals and teaching what they have learned over thousands of closed deals.
