Has anyone tried the PinPoint Profits tool by Connected Investor?
It is supposed to help investors source deals (pre-foreclosures, probate properties , etc.) all at “the click of a button.” Seems to be relatively new but it’s intriguing me. If anyone has any experience with this or any other similar properties I would be interested to hear you take.
@Jay Johnson@Gerald Alphin@Debbie Liu@Bianca Basch@Jim Froehlich - personally, I think it's too good to be true, but maybe y'all should get together and purchase a license, divide the cost, but also divide the risk and find out if worth. Let me know if interested - I have another one I would like to apply the "divide&conquer concept" - the "housingalerts.com" by Ken Wade - anyone of you heard of it?
@Account Closed I have not seen their Webinar or any of PIN products.
Every investor wants/needs leads but white labeling other systems is not the idea I'm going for. If you purchased their system you must have seen something you liked. What was it?
I started a thread on BP to try and get other investors to come up with ideas that deliver rather than just late night tv hype. Could you or any other person on this thread pitch in your ideas of "what the perfect system Should do!"
I purchased late November and thought it was going to be a game changer. IT has been total waste of time and money. Skip trace features make you skip trace one by one huge lists and take hours. Then you find out less that 10% of list has numbers and the numbers are wrong numbers.
I just finished the webinar and it definitely has the ring of too good to be true, and if a little bit true then still very much in Beta.
I didn't pop for the $1500 out the gate. The next day I received a sales call and in the course of the call explained I was a Realtor and experienced investor, so the add ons and mentoring weren't all that interesting to me. The software looked interesting. He proceeded to tell me the mentoring was a part of the package and the software couldn't be purchased as a stand alone, but he was prepared to lower the price to $1000. Hmmmm. I should call him back directly if I'm interested. Ok.. yea .. about that...
Honestly, it seems to be a very expensive BP knock off. I'll just stick with the original. Thanks.
