Hello Upstate NY Investors,
Is anyone currently utilizing the BRRR Model near Queensbury NY. We are in the process of doing our first BRRR and just waiting to close (its been a long process). We host the ADK REI Meet up and our next meet up will be focusing on the BRRR Strategy. We are looking for a local investor who has successfully done multiple BRRRs in the area who would like to come and share their experiences with our group.

I am looking at a few properties in Warrensburg. Although I own a few single-family homes in Pennsylvania, I will be attempting my first BRRR project. I would be very interested in joining the ADK REI meeting.
