Hello my name is Brian, I am interested in learning how to invest in real estate I am from Portland, OR and would like to meet and work with investor from this area.

I would like to work and learn from investors doing the BRRRR strategy mainly because that is the one I would like to Start out with, I would like to help anyone that is currently working or is planning a new deal, I am not looking for pay i want to become familiar with this world.

I second what Andrew said - looking for local real estate meetups is the best way to get a sense of how to invest in your specific market - it will be beneficial for you to make relationships with fellow investors who may have experience, lenders, realtors, wholesaler, etc. so that when the time comes you have all of your ducks in a row.
