How should I capitalize on this situation...
Currently house hacking a tri plex. I owe 65k and the value of the home was 90k before I put a new roof on. I have about 20k saved to invest but I just started a new roofing business so I think getting a lone would be hard. I think Im set up well but curious how I can best capitalize on my situation. Help please. Willing to review roofing bids both commercial and residential if any one needs it.
