Hello and welcome! Cleveland is a great place to invest! Not on Euclid, but some of the other suburbs are great for cash-flow. I would also check out Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, Mayfield, South Euclid, Highland Hills, Bedford, Bedford Heights, Maple Heights, Garfield Heights, Warrensville Heights, Willowick, Eastlake, Wickliffe, and Mentor.
