Hey I am a new out of state investor looking to purchase a single family in the Euclid area. I am looking to connect with investors in the area and see what neighborhoods in the Cleveland area, outside of Euclid, you may be buying single family homes under 100k. I am also looking for recommendations on any agents in the area with experience working with out of state investors using the BRRRR strategy.
