Anyone interested in Guiding me on a BRRR in San Antonio

I live in Austin, but all my properties (6 doors) are in Memphis...along with contractors, etc.

I love older houses, and found one in San Antonio which I think has a lot of potential, but is also going to need a LOT of work.

I would like to connect with folks more experienced with the area to help me evaluate the deal and see if it’s worth pursuing.

I plan to be very involved with the rehab, but there are some things I won’t be able to do on my part time schedule.

Hi Eva,

I too live in Austin! I primarily flip in Austin and BRRRR in San Antonio. I'd be happy to help analyze your deal, and I'd love to get to know more investors like you in the Austin area. Let me know!

P.S: Stone Saathoff (commenter above) is great at finding off market deals in SA.

Cheers!

I love a lot of work. Most of my rehabs are pretty good size. My phone number and information is on my profile.

@Eva Neikirk, I work with a lot of properties in San Antonio that need a significant rehab. I'm happy to help you evaluate this.
