should be a good thing unless he cuts section 8 and other social programs that pay for housing.. then those that bought low end housing that depend on these funds could find less renters.
for someone like me building higher end new construction its all about interest rates and jobs.. Trump should stimulate job growth and that is a good thing
time will tell
