Looking for an accountable property manager

Hi I'm looking for an accountable property manager. I have a single-family bungalow house 3B2B that was rented last year as a short-term Airbnb rental for which I had a property manager which was fine. But that property manager got acquired by another company called Akita Management. Akita is the worst. They are not responsive, delay rental payouts to me, make excuses and has little transparency. I'm looking for a local property manager that's opposite of them. The house is located 10 minutes from Tampa Downtown and 10min from Tampa International Airport. If you know a property manager who's reliable, please share their info. I also consider to sell the house. Thanks!
