House hacking 1 SFH, but would like another to rent to myself

Hello, I posted about 2 years ago on how I purchased a single family home and would have roommates to rent rooms out to. I would like to buy a home in the town that I am currently contracted to work in. I plan on being here for a year, and thought maybe I should try to rent a house to myself if I were to buy one. So I would set up an llc, and then pay rent to the company for my own housing, with the stipend money I receieve every week. Beyond getting into real specific numbers, is this a solid plan? I would rent the new house I buy out to other travel nurses while I am not working. I work 3 days a week. I would rent to other travel healthcare pros when I am not in town. The big problem currently is that a lot of my pay is derived from my stipend, which I am not a fan of, but it is, what it is.

What would be the best option for me to get financed for a home, and does putting a house in an llc make sense for this situation? I figure that way I can pay my company, instead of me paying to stay in a hotel, airbnb, furnishedfinder or whatever. Any advice is appreciated.
