Websites for posting corporate housing rentals

Hi all,

My husband and I recently bought a property in Roseville, California. We are thinking of putting it for medium term rental for corporate housing or displaced families. What are some of the websites where we can put our house for rental ?

Can you describe your home? As in location, bed/ bath and square footage? Properties tend to lend themselves to different midterm rental strategies. Generally speaking, smaller properties are ideal for travel medical professionals - think 1/1s and 2/1s - whereas bigger homes are ideal for the insurance placement strategy. If you haven't yet looked into the insurance placement strategy, I recommend you research Rachel Gainsbrugh's work or Jesse Vasquez. Christian Rozo is in your area and is building a portfolio of properties for the insurance placement strategy. He may be able to help you with placements. Check him out at craftsmanhousing.com

    Hey Khushbu, place it on Furnished Finder, Airbnb, and Zillow. All provide opportunities for this tenant population to find your listing. Usually, one of these platforms turns out to provide the highest conversion in your market and property type.

    Hey Khushbu - We have been doing midterm rentals (aka, medium-term or corporate rentals) since 2017 and used to have a lot of success on Furnished Finder, but are finding that we have gotten 70% of our last 10 rentals from Airbnb... 5 of those stays have been traveling nurses. Our midterm rentals are located in Colorado Springs and Denver, but my consulting clients through the US seem to have the most success on Airbnb.

    Hey KM, I'm a real estate broker and investor here in Sacramento and I manage over 100 STR/MTR properties. We use Airbnb, VRBO, FurnishedFinder, and Craigslist + Facebook for our primary listings. We also have relationships with national relocation providers which give us a lot of business for MTR in Sacramento.

    Airbnb/VRBO/FurnishedFinder are probably all you need.

    Always recommend posting on local Facebook groups and ones that are geared towards your target market (i.e. travel nurses)

    You'll get business travelers and displaced families on Airbnb and Furnished Finder. But these platforms are open to everyone, so you will also get other types of travelers (even Furnished Finder is no longer strictly travel nurses). Corporate housing is a direct contract with the company and that's typically formed through relationships. Maybe start with the websites while also working on the networking piece. There is the website corporatehousingbyowner.com that is catered to business travel. I haven't use it myself, but I've heard of people who have success with it - worth a try!
