Is anyone using the MTR rental platform Mini Stays? If you are, what is your opinion about it?

I'm in Charleston SC area with 2 active Mid Term rentals. We've had good activity with Furnished Finders and Airbnb for the last 18-24 months. I've also had the properties listed  on Mini Stays for 6 months plus with zero inquiry.

@Allen Duan what percentage of your bookings on a given property come from ministays? what advantages for the lister do you see over furnished finder or airbnb?  Any big pluses?      They might have a good thing going for them but how have you experienced it as good for your business aside from having another place out there where your property is visible?

All of our 30+ properties we manage are listed on MiniStays. I've met the owner and some of their team members, and I think they have a good thing going. It makes sense that they don't have much market presence yet and bookings for those who list with them. I believe their priority is to get more inventory so that they can attract bookings to their platform.

They have been engaging with many of my posts on social media, but I have not yet joined their platform. I would avoid platforms for mid-term reservations anyway, unless they are providing you with direct access to the client.
