Three questions from a newbie: Where are we listing our midterms for bookings? I've heard of furnish finder, Corporate housing by owner. Are there any other which ones worth the cost? Last question is on pets: my rental will have hardwood floors. Do I allow them or not? The reason for asking is I know what damage can be done, and with hardwoods the repair isn't cheap; just looking for ideas and to get a better understanding. I could charge 500 more a month if I allowed pets. Any help with leases so I don't allow someone to come in and take advantage of me? Any help is appreciated!!

Furnished Finder is the way to go and is most popular for mid-term rentals. All of my clients use it here in Ventura, Ca. Regarding pets, I would consider small dogs and cats for additional income, but build in an additional deposit. But I guess it's strongly dependent on whether you are sympathetic to pet owners. It's no problem just to say no pets, but you limit your pool of applicants.
