First showing 1st week with Investor in dispositions

Wanted to share!

Had my first showing today. Great learning experience, and successful walkthrough. Got him in touch with our lender and first positive comment he mentioned was he liked the neighborhood. Regardless of the outcome it was a fantastic experience. investors are out there! So keep pushing and build the relationships! Who has had a great experience on there first showings? would love to hear about it!

Awesome, thanks for sharing!

My first showing was with this guy named Cade, he was awkward and I was awkward. I remember I couldn’t find the garage door opener, and he found it for me, and I was like “damn”, he knows I am new.

The relationship went nowhere, he told me not to call him again.

  This is awesome Adam! im sure you've grown so much since than and reflecting back how its already been a month self wise a lot has happened! Real estate is this bipolar feeling new day every day type of feeling among the tediousness of the every day performance plays big part and a minimum of getting better means so much in the long run!
