Had my first showing today. Great learning experience, and successful walkthrough. Got him in touch with our lender and first positive comment he mentioned was he liked the neighborhood. Regardless of the outcome it was a fantastic experience. investors are out there! So keep pushing and build the relationships! Who has had a great experience on there first showings? would love to hear about it!
