A Happy Seller
Hey just a really quick win I'd like to celebrate here. I have a seller who is buying another house. The house she currently owns needed to be sold before the purchase could happen. The house in question was in rough shape. However after a few weeks of work I was able to connect my seller to a fix and flipper who got us a solid offer. Working with investors as both a Realtor and Property Manager has opened several doors for me. I will be working this niche even further to continue growing and expanding my network and education.
