Looking to expand my network. I have an investment property in North Myrtle Beach. I am looking to expand my network of individuals in the area and would like to speak with some wholesalers or if you know anyone with consistent off market leads for Fix & Flip Opportunities, BRRRR and/or BRRRSTRs. @Shane Lafleur the big player in our area is Myrtle Beach Home Buyers, owned by Jeremy and Adam.  Google their website and then you can sign up to get on their buyer's list.  I get an email from them about once every 1-2 weeks with new deals.

    Hey Shane,

    I am a Realtor/Lender/Investor based out of North Myrtle Beach. I'm not currently a wholesaler but I'm always looking for deals whether on or off market. Starting to see some anxious sellers in our market here. Reach out anytime if I can be of any assistance at all. Definitely going to be some deals to be had in our market!

    I've been to MB a few times (mother used to live there until she became ill and I moved her back here to CA). The opportunities in MB are not as good as they were a few years back, yet, a savvy wholesaler/rehabber can find deals that will yield decent profits.
