My friends and I are looking for an investment opportunity (duplex/triplex/multifamily ) in the Greater Seattle Area.

Do you know any reputable wholesalers in the area? Happy to network or meet up for a coffee.

@Rachael Chan we wholesale off-market properties, and work on market properties as well as investor-agents here in Seattle. Happy to connect! To echo what Eric said, look on WAREI's facebook group and InvestorLift. Those are the two biggest sources for Wholesale deals in our market. I post our wholesales to WAREI, but as investor lift is expensive ($600+ a month) not everyone posts and uses it.

    Hi Rachael! I'm an agent here in Seattle, I usually go to the local meetups to meet wholesalers. There's a few coming up this week and next you can find in Meetup.com or I can give you their info if you're interested, let me know!

     Hi Rachael! Welcome to BiggerPockets. I would recommend joining the WA Real Estate Investing FB group if you haven't already. Lots of the wholesalers post their deals in there. Are you specifically looking for off-market deals in this case?

    After you join that FB WAREI group, I suggest subscribing to a bunch of wholesaler mailing lists. You will find plenty of leads that way. :) Best of luck!
