Nationwide investor friendly title companies?

Hello,

Are title companies restricted to the state they are located in? I plan to virtually wholesale nationwide and would like a title company that can close deals nationwide

Use local title companies. They are better versed in your specific county where you are wholesaling.

Do you have a deal? I assume no. If not just find a deal, everything else will take care of itself.

Connect with investors in the States and Cities that you will be targeting and ask for title company referrals
