Just curious... How much do you spend on marketing per wholesale deal, and what marketing methods are you currently employing?

Some marketing takes little money but a lot of work. Some marketing takes a lot of money but more modest work. Direct Mail is one of the more expensive ways to market but it works. Calling for rent ads looking for a burnt out landlord is cheap but takes a lot of time. It works too.
