How to best find CASH BUYERS

Hello!

I'm new to wholesaling and the real estate field. I was wondering how i can get leads for cash buyers besides skip tracing, driving for dollars, and making posts on facebook. Any new ideas or strategies would work and I appreciate any help!

If you get a deal, you will likely find a lot of them on FB. There are PML groups, investor meet ups probably have cash buyers, you can also build relationships at foreclosure auctions - they need to have cash to buy there.

Hey Cameron, welcome to the game! There are some slick ways to build buyers lists in addition to some of the great suggestions Taylor said above. You can use something like ListSource or Propstream to generate lists of cash buyers specifically for areas you are focusing on. Lots of luck on your new adventure! In most of the markets we work in public records will show if a seller closed in cash. You may have to make an investment in a system that gives you access to public records and has a screen for properties where buyer closed in cash or establish a relationship with a realtor that has access.
