What’s the best way to find someone local to pull probate filings?

I’m looking to focus on probates as my main lead source, but the areas I want to target aren’t local to me. I need someone who’s based in the area and can go to the courthouse every two weeks to pull new probate filings.

I’m not exactly sure what the best way is to find someone reliable for this. I was thinking of posting a gig on Craigslist, but I know there’s some risk with scams on there. I’d be open to suggestions if you’ve done something similar or have a better approach to getting records like this.

The counties I’m targeting are Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, and Sarasota.
