Hey all ! I own a staffing agency but it was difficult for me to bring in new customers to sign up to my company, I had all the experience but didn't try to wholesale myself , So few weeks ago i decided i should try wholesaling and i got my first contract . But right now i am facing a new problem with finding a buyer so how do you usually find buyers ? I tried Facebook groups, Cold calling "We Buy in cash" Websites but they all offered like 40% of the ARV. So where else can i find real buyers not people looking to JV and others looking for unrealistic offers.

When my clients are looking to wholesale and are struggling to find end buyers (Party C), I always tell them that their best resources will be Facebook Groups(which you mentioned), LinkedIn, and local REIAs.
The key is to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both avid rehabbers and renters, as they are both viable end buyers.

WELL almost anybody and their grandma can get a contract. The question is did you get a contract good enough that somebody else would want to pay you for it?
There’s an army of wholesalers already contracting properties for more than they’re worth and then trying to resell their contract. i’m sure that’s not you though. Wink wink.

Thanks for your insights Joe, however this is not the problem i'm facing, the deal was really good and we priced it right we eventually got a buyer, the thing is i can't seem to find a systematic approach to actively find buyers, as i mentioned i have a staffing company and im helping my clients to find deals that close, that's exactly why i was unsure why is it tough to find a buyer for my deal, but we eventually did. Wink wink
