How do I connect with wholesalers in Southern California?

What's a reliable, non-scammy way to connect with wholesalers in SoCal to sell an off market home?

I have a gorgeous ocean view home on 1 acre that I control with a lease to own purchase agreement. 

I'm looking to assign the rights to a wholesaler if we can agree on price but I don't know where to find them.
