I am a new wholesaler in the Huntsville area and I am looking for a general contractor to work with who can come to a house I want to wholesale with me and give me a repair estimate. I have called around but have found no good fits. Does anybody suggest a specific general contractor or a way for me to get a good reliable estimate so my cash buyers can trust my repair numbers? Thanks.
I don't have any specific advice for your market, but I can suggest the J Scott method; go to Home Depot at 6am and see what contractors are there picking up supplies, they're going to be the ones that are probably a bit more trustworthy than others.
Since I am willing to do anything to make this business work I will try that. But if anyone can recommend somebody they trust to me, that would be great.
