FL wholesalers — where do you actually get your foreclosure leads?

Florida Filings
Posted

Tampa-based dev here, doing research on how FL wholesalers source foreclosure deals.

Trying to understand the workflow:

- Are you pulling lis pendens directly from county clerk sites, or using an aggregator?

- What's the per-month spend on your lead sourcing stack?

- What's the bottleneck — getting the filings, skip tracing, making contact, or something else?

- How old can the data be before it's useless to you?

Not trying to sell anything — genuinely trying to figure out if there's a real problem worth solving here. Comments, quotes, or DMs all helpful.

— Tim (Tampa)
