Ways I'm using AI in my wholesaling business right now

We're all using it at this point. It became more mainstream maybe a year or so ago and since then there's been a ton of noise around it. Honestly a lot of the use cases people talk about are a waste of time and money.

The ones that have actually been useful for me though:

AI handling SMS outreach and follow up sequences without me touching it. AI picking up inbound seller calls when I'm not around. AI running initial calls on properties before a VA even gets involved, saves a lot of time and money on that alone.

Built these systems custom for myself and helped a couple other investors set up something similar.

Always looking to add more though. Curious if anyone else has found use cases that are actually worth it or if you're still figuring out where AI fits in your business

@Rauph Souleimanov Those are impressive response rates for cold outreach. My next question is, on average, how many of those responses ultimately result in closed transactions? A strong response rate is certainly valuable but the true measure of success is the ROI and the number of deals generated from the campaign.
