Looking for Wholesale Contracts (PSA + Assignment) – North Carolina

Hey BP community,

I'm a wholesaler based in North Carolina just getting my operation off the ground and looking to make sure my paperwork is solid before I start locking up deals.

Specifically looking for:

  • - Purchase and Sale Agreement (for getting the property under contract with the seller)
  • - Assignment of Contract (for assigning my equitable interest to my end buyer)

Ideally NC-specific or at least investor-friendly language that holds up in the state. I've seen a lot of generic templates floating around online but want something that's actually been used in the field.

If anyone has contracts they've used successfully in NC (or even general investor-friendly versions they'd be willing to share), I'd really appreciate it. Also open to recommendations for a real estate attorney in the Charlotte area who works with wholesalers or investors — someone who can review contracts and make sure everything is buttoned up on the legal side.

Happy to connect and return the favor however I can down the road.
