Low to no cost Wholesaling CRMs
Does anyone have any experience with ReiKit, or any other wholesaling crm’s that are cheaper than propstream & reipro? Or free?

Hey Ryan, we've been on Resimpli for a while now and it's been solid. It's not free but it's priced better than REIPro for what you get, and the drip sequences, pipeline management, and buyer list blasting are all built in. For us it replaced a few separate tools we were paying for, so it actually came out cheaper overall.
If you're just getting started and want something truly free to test the waters, a lot of people start with a basic Podio build or even a spreadsheet until volume picks up enough to justify a paid CRM. The truth is the CRM matters less early on than just having a consistent follow-up process in place.
Once you start closing deals consistently and need automation around your drip campaigns and lead routing, that's when something like Resimpli starts paying for itself fast. Happy to share more, shoot me a DM.
