Getting started Wholesaling need help with contract and Title
Hey everyone! I'm just getting into wholesaling I have been researching but now I'm getting ready to cold call but 1st had a question for those of you who are actively doing deals.
I'm looking for a wholesaler friendly title company and a real estate attorney in Idaho. I want to make sure the purchase and assignment contracts I use for both the seller and the end buyer are legally sound and accepted by title companies so there aren't any issues at closing.
If you have any recommendations for attorneys, title companies, or contract resources you've had good experiences with, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
