How can I get clients for my call center?

I recently started an outsourced call center business, and I'm unsure how to effectively attract clients.

Companies tend to outsource their call centers to Egypt, India, and other countries because of the low hourly rates, starting at just $4 per employee.

So, my question is: how can I attract clients to my call center here in Egypt?

I've tried contacting real estate companies in the US, but I'm always rejected.

I've also tried sending emails, but I haven't received any responses.

Are there any effective ways to attract clients?

If you are just starting out, I would focus on one niche, such as real estate and become an expert in that industry. Offer a free trial or discounted pricing, provide call recordings and performance metrics, and build a few strong client testimonials. It is also essential that your agents speak clear, fluent English and can consistently set high-quality appointments. You should also consider offering your services on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, while marketing your business through Facebook and LinkedIn to reach potential clients.
