Whats The Latest Scam of The Month

I am a licensed agent and turnkey provider here in Memphis TN. In the last 2 months I have been contacted by 4 different people/companies ( or so they say ) and they always have the same pitch. They are going to start buying and wholesaling homes in Memphis and want me to be their agent. So far sounds great, but then they want me to provide them with every cash buyer that I should be able to access from my local MLS. That is where the scam comes in. They only want to use me for access to cash buyers!! When I tell them that I am truly not able to get them this info from my MLS I never end up hearing from them. Anyone else out there being contacted by these same scammers!!
