So I have compiled a list of absentee owners from searching thru the county records online and I am ready to start mailing off letters to those people. They say its good to send out about 4 or 5 letters about 2 1/2 weeks apart. Would anybody happen to have a letter series that they use for their 1st,2nd, 3rd etc...mailings?
