Hello all,

I have a property under contract in Darby, Pennsylvania and find myself in a bind. I need someone in the area or close by in Philadelphia that can go put a lockbox on the property for me. The owner is moving today and I would need this done today. . I am willing to pay someone to do so. Had someone lined up to do it but he has seemed to dropped off the face of the earth and is not answering calls, text or emails. Please if you can help give me a call (757) 354-4472 ASAP
