Is Texas in general not a good market for wholesaling?

I live in Harlingen, Texas, some folks know it as the Rio Grande Valley and yet some only know us because of South Padre Island. Anyway I was just wondering? Thanks.

Too bad you're not in Texas. All you would have to do is throw a rock and hit about 40 of them! Of course, you're not likely to find any good deals from them, but you'll find a ton of folks saying they are wholesalers. ;-)

Craigslist is full of them, Just email the ones that have certain words like investor special, fix n flip, fixer upper, deep discount and etc. Local REIA meetings is also great to meet in person. Bandit signs are also posted by wholesalers.

Yes I have attended in the past. I actually remember you introducing yourself at the December meeting. I find the group useful but I have found few wholesalers/ birddogs for off market deals.
