My partner and I recently moved in and the process was relatively simple with reliable communication from our property manager Gilda. Additionally, Veno Properties has been quick to send maintenance repairs for items such as the stove and dryer.

Worst agency I've ever had to deal with. No one should rent from these slumlords but at times we have to do what we need to do. So as a warning to any potential renters take pictures of the place before you move in as they will charge you for their own mistakes and claim you caused it, any heating or cooling issues you basically suffer with because they won't pay for it to actually be fixed, oh and be Karen's about everything otherwise they claim it's your fault for not badgering them about it. They will also claim you never submitted a work ticket or they will claim it was handled when no one ever comes by.

these people have a lot of nerve. adding miscellaneous fees to the rent under the guise of residential benefits but can barely get back to us about maintaining requests. they are being greedy and increasing rent while absolving themselves of most responsibility that comes with managing a property. i personally would avoid veno at all costs if possible. edit: the washing machine is not the only maintenance request that we’ve submitted that has gone unresolved. there have been a few requests that have gone unaddressed or we had to constantly pester you for something to be done. and the washing machine request was not just about the machine “not removing stains”; we would wash our clothes and find new black/grey stains on our clothes that weren’t there prior to washing (and i’m pretty sure my roommate included those pictures in the maintenance request) secondly my issue is not with the rent increase but the fact that the offer did not match what we would actually be paying; that should’ve been advertised with the renewal offer. and this “benefit package” is an arbitrary charge because there has been no benefit since you guys took over. snow was not once removed during the winter, it took weeks before someone came to take care of the very overgrown grass in the front, and again, we have to constantly call in order to have issues addressed. lastly, do not lie and say you’ve called and left a message to address my concerns when in reality no one called and the email that was sent disregarded my concerns completely.

I moved in this past week and the application, viewing, and move in process has exceeded my expectations of a large leasing company. The level of professionalism and care through complicated matters has made my move much easier. Today I put in a maintenance request and they were here within a few hours! I’m very grateful to have had the help from Gilda in leasing with the many questions I had before signing on, and I know if anything comes up moving forward that the staff and management here will make sure it’s a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Veno Properties & much thanks to Gilda for making the transition smoother!

I had a great experience working with Veno Properties as my property management company. They were professional, responsive, and always reliable. I especially want to highlight Gilda Rivera—she has been absolutely fantastic over the years. Her dedication, attention to detail, and consistent effort truly made a difference. Gilda was always available to answer questions and handled everything with a high level of professionalism. I’m grateful for the support and service I received and would highly recommend Veno Properties to anyone looking for quality property management.

I usually don’t post negative reviews, but I have no option than to call Veno Properties out because all my experiences ever since they took over has been terrible! I have tried not to include the apartment address so that the owner doesn’t get affected by future tenants not coming but you’d definitely know by the pictures if this is your apartment. This is the most horrific experience I’ve had for close to 4 years living in this particular apartment. The nonchalant attitude to maintenance requests and CONSTANT reminder for them to do the most basic thing. Ever since it started snowing, our apartment has always been left with snow and today was just the height of it all. From photos attached, 1: our apartment; 2: our neighbor’s, you can see how our neighbors’ parking lot was cleared IMMEDIATELY after the snow. It is shameful that this is happening. I had to shovel the snow on the walkway for easy access. This is the responsibility of the landlord and by extension the managers. Also, I’ve had an open requests to which all I keep getting is “we’re yet to receive - - - from the old managers”. This is OVER 3 MONTHS FFS!!! You guys respond to maintenance requests late, do not reply to messages. Completely inefficient. Kindly ignore the one star I clicked; I had no option for zero star ‘cos your services are horrible!
