hi there,
can anyone point me to where i could find or go about looking for some good wholesalers in the los angeles, south bay, culver city and torrance areas? any tips of how to establish a relationship with a wholesaler and get a stream of deals?
Hi there are lots of wholesalers out there. If you area a buyer you are a wholesalers best friend. One of the best ways to meet wholesalers is at local REI meetings or events. Go to meetup.com and look for REI events in your area. Attend one or two and you will meet them and they will gladly send you properties.
I'm moving to the South Bay area in about 2 months and i'm looking to find a Single Family Home in the Hermosa/Redondo/Torrance area in the $300k - $400k range. Do you have anything for me?
Asia Zdziarska Attend your local REIA. You'll meet plenty of wholesalers and investors alike. You could also use Google to find local wholesalers. Search terms like "I need to sell my house", something along those lines should return wholesaler results.
