I was wondering where do you get the contracts from... when trying to do a wholesale deal? :D

If you become a real estate agent CAR has many great forms.

You can also Google "Flex Option Contract".

But if the Buyer and Seller can come to an agreement just forward the info to a good escrow company and they will write all the contracts.
