I am looking for a REI attorney that specializes in wholesaling deals and that has access to a title closing company. Please let me know if you have any information about this subject.

I had good luck with Williams and Pine LLC off of abercorn closing a refi of mine yesterday. I worked with wallace, he owns 15 of his own rentals, he seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Hi, I was hoping to get some follow-up info. I'm looking for a closing attorney for wholesaling also. Did you find a good or other recommendations. I already called Williams and Pine and they don't do assignment contracts. Thank you for any insight you have.
