If I'm currently Co-Wholesaling a deal with a fellow investor and I have a JV(Joint Venture) Contract do I have to show up to closing? Or will the title company mail my check? I'm the investor that brought the cash buyer to the table, not the main investor.

I believe this may be a a case-by-case issue, but not entirely sure. Contact your title company and they will tell you everything you need to know. Congratulations on your hopeful closing!
