Hello wholesalers, I️ have experience wholesaling absentees properties. I’m new to wholesaling pre foreclosures... What advice can you give from your experience with wholesaling pre foreclosures?? Thanks,

I don't but I could legally. Don't sign contracts unless you can close. These people already have enough stress.
