A buyer has sent me their criteria and I have a question

I am a new wholesaler trying to my feet wet in the industry. I've gained a buyer lead and their criteria is....

"*DOM Below 60 days

*Purchase price up to $150k

*ARV's within $200k and below $300k

* Repairs needed at or about low to mid level"

MY question is, what does this buyer mean by stating "Repairs needed at or about low to mid level". Please help!

He isn't interested in doing extensive rehab. He wants to be "in and out" quickly. Painting, carpet, maybe some tile work. But not something that means upgrading the wiring or plumbing etc. Send whatever you find to him and let him decide.
