Hi @Vern Williams-El. Our closing attorney uses First American Title. I'm not sure how investor-friendly they might (or might not) be. What's your plan for contacting them?

I'm just being proactive in ensuring that I interact with companies whereby the closing will run most smoothly as it relates to assignments, double closings, etc.

Where we are we close with attorneys and all a title company is good for is make sure title is clean!
