Need good cover letter to enclose with blind signed cash offer

After scrubbing my AgentPro247 list of delinqent tax and absentee owners, I have a satisfactory one page offer form, but I need the text for a good cover letter.  This would be a 2-page mailing via Click2Mail. Page 2 is my signed offer. Page 1 is the cover letter I need.

    Hi @James Wootton

I know exactly what you are looking for.

You can get a free sample cover letter/mailer template for sending cash offers by visiting the "forms" menu @ offers2owners.

There is a SFR version and a land version. (It's what we use.)

And congrats for figuring out direct mail and getting deals like the pros!

    Wow!

With your help, I just now got it from the FORMS tab at "Offers2Owners. Perfect.

I should have figured you would have it, after watching you and Steven on Youtube several times.

So, In response, I just now registered with Offers2Owners and I am going through the videos.  I have seen enough to get the gist of it, but this will be my first mail merge and bulk offer project.

The give and take you and Steven have on the Youtube keeps me going back for more. Now I am a customer.

    Kind regards,

    Jim, in Columbus
